Nigeen beauty houseboat - No service provided Money not refunded

I booked a houseboat at Nigeen beauty houseboat through their website on **/*/**** for **/**/****. payment of Rs **** was made from my card with reference no NIGE-***********. upon calling them for booking confirmation, they initially informed that the website is not supporting , they cant see the payment status. later they confirmed , the payment is received but no availability of houseboat on that day , so the money will be refunded. Upon recalling , I got to know that some issue with their website developer and them and money refund may take some time. they kept me waiting for so long and now they neither pick up my phone nor respond to my whatsapp messages. Neither the refund has been raised nor seem their intention to payback the money. Kindly help in getting my hard earned money back. Never expected a cheating like this in our own country, by our own people , that too in such a paradise land
