Have taken NRI Super relax plan from Nobroker, ** days ago. Horrible experience., the sales rep Sai Bhavana Medi followed up for subscription and payment vigorously and gone incommunicado post payment. As a part of the service the company was to assign a relationship manager and identify properties and so far has not been fulfilled. Have sent mails to the escalation and support team and no response to my communication on mails and whatsapp. Looks like their only interest is to collect payment and no service .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
