Tikona broadbvand services - No service over one month despite paying 6 month advance

I have paid Rs ****/- towards six month of internet service from Tikona.My internet has stopped working totally from one month. Despite raising multiple requests , writing emails no technical person visited the site to resolve the issue. They are neither taking my disconnection request nor giving me service. One month of mental harassment and constant fake calls from customer care. I need support.
