I booked Reliance Big TV connection last year by paying ***/- but got a connection in the name of Independent TV on this year in ****. Initially, I got some HD channels and some sports and movie channels. Slowly everything they have removed. Only a few channels were coming. And I called their customer care number many times but never got it. Also sent mail to them but did not get any response for that. Now last *-* days everything is dead and nothing is coming on TV, except for some error message.
But there is no customer support from Independent TV. This is only cheating game from Reliance Big TV. They have fooled me. They have told that they will be giving complete one year HD channel, Plus all other stuff for making a full one-year payment but now within few days nothing is coming, and no customer care support. I need my full money refund. And in future will be avoiding any product from reliance.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
