Greateastern - No service given great eastern as well mitsubishi heavy duty ac company for unauthentic installation

I brought an ac Mitsubishi heavy duty with rs, *****including installation.on **/**/****.. Within one week does no working then I call great Eastern bagnan branch this time avoid me. Then call Mitsubishi castomer care , they told me installation of this machine not authentic so they did not give any service. Next I complain Greateastern company by mail no response given still now. For unauthentic installation I face different problem still now and also spend moneys. for demand of different parts.
