Apsfl - No service For a Long time

No service since */*/**** ,im currently using ***rs/ home premium plan of apsfl ,its been almost a week ,no proper response from local operator or its cutomer service . They are just straighout lying that they will restore the service within anhor or so for * days in a row.No internet or tv service for me this past week.

Apsfl – Improper connection and customer service Open
Facing problem with improper connectivity and negative customer service.As.they are not lifting our call. They are charging fine for even two days late also.As,there is no connection for approximate ** days.
