we perched a ** kw hybrid inverter with ** battery and ** kw solar panel for our customer, and we installed it at customer site,
from the starting system was not started, that time within * days company send service engineer and solved it,
but in that time total consumption was very low so it was not showing any problem, after * months when we put load , system failure and doesn't work **-**% capacity of generation, so many time complaint given but not attending properly, every time closed complaint

on *rd May i contract company owner Mr Ankur, he tell me to give him * days to solved the problem, but after * days still not solved it,

customer is returning full material as all commitments failed
