Swipe Mobiles - No service, No comminication, no status for my Tablet

I've purchased the Swipe Strike *G Voice calling *" tablet online one year back, I had the issue frequently getting switched on its own and finally I couldn't able to switch the Tab at last. It is under warranty so, I've taken it to Swipe authorized service at Siddu communication (sasctam***) at kodambakkam , Chennai-******. They couldn't able to solve the issue and send the same to company service on the same day **th June ****. After that I called many times to them they were saying they doesn't have any track, once they got return back the item they will communicate me. I've tried amy time in between to reach the Company by calling them, I couldn't able to reach them on their specified Customer care and toll free no.s also. This happened * months back. I don't know when it will be ready or will be it be ok or not. Please help me out in this matter other wise at least the compensation.
