Gstregistrations.in - No satisfactory response from the website

I have registered on this website for GST registration and I have paid amount which that they have demanded to complete the registration. But after all this, they filled my form after many days not as promised. After that, I am not getting any good response and nowadays they are not giving any response and all number going switched off. They are not giving any reply to mail. And the cheapest thing is that they registered their own email id at the time of registration, not mine so all login credentials sending to them.
