Shivshahi bus - No Return of amount

I took the ticket from ticket collector from Sambhajinagar to Pune .Price of that ticket was *** rs . I was not having change so I gave her *** rs . I asked her to give me change but she said I will return after sometime. But later She went Vanished ( out of bus ) . After Sometime again * ticket collector came and asked for ticket check So , I told him the incident he didn't bother about that even he didn't talk properly with me. So, I request to you is return my money and be polite .

Shivshahi bus – They take a lot of time the vehicles are also not good had to stop for 3 hours due to getting stoppeClosed
Many people were with their families and due to the car breaking down it took three hours and there were no facilities as well, there was a lot of trouble in these three hours, please be careful
