i had placed a order in dora vastra online shopping platform on october **th night and paid through gpay rupees **** i received a mail immediately for order confirmation along with order number as **** but till october **th im trying to reach them for delivery related information but im not able to reach them the given number in website was showing out of service and i send mails through given id but no responses from company side i really need to claim the amount back from them.
