CSAB - No response to call and mail

Buy some reason the bank account number which I provided them got closed and now when I’m trying to mail them about updation in the bank account number to get refund they don’t respond back and even their helpline number is of no use for more than half an hour I stayed on line and tried multiple times to connect but that too went in vain. No one picked up the call to help. Other number says it’s switched off. What is the use of having mail ids and helpline numbers when you can’t help or listen or queries?
