After repeated requests the Merchant has not provided any payment acknowledgement . Again no corresponding order number has been generated and emailed to identify my specific transaction as well as me as a customer. I had no option but to make repeated requests for refund when my previous requests for the very basic requirements like unique order #, payment receipt etc mentioned previously were denied (denied=no reseponse). Phone calls to the merchant's official telephone number results in no answer. I sent a final email to merchant's official email requesting to communicate ASAP but no response.
