Ttk Prestige Limited - No response on product defective design

I purchased ttk prestige *.* ltr electric rice cooker. Its bowel coating damage within two weeks. Total cooker was get by ttk service center and blaming me on handling. No response from ttk to provide the customer list who are successfully handling the product to learn about proper handling of product. Alternative request of offer for new bowel with corrected design also not responded by ttk prestige.
