Myshopify com - No response from the store online fraud

I've placed an order of ₹*** from womenfashions***.myshopify.com on **/**/**** for which I have not received any delivery details except an email in the spam which is from a non existing mail id right now. The webpage is also not available now. I want the refund of ₹*** from the store or the product to be delivered. The order ID as send in the email is #**** and the payment ID is ********* via PayUmoney on Gpay. I strongly believe consumer rights have some voice.
