I had placed an order on the *th of March with http://www.elloras.in, worth Rs. ***/- Since then I have been trying to follow up regularly with the number provided on the website. But all my calls are in Vain as there is no response from them. I tried writing to the Payment partner as well, but they just asked me to contact the vendor who is not responsive. I have WhatsApp chat proof of them confirming the order. The number mentioned on the website is #**********. Request you to kindly look into the matter and advice
