BYJU'S - No response from the company after several requests to cancel the mandate

I have entered into an agreement for think n learn programme regarding **th n**th science class in June ** n at time of agreement I have asked for the provision to cancel the mandate if the learning program is found. Not satisfactory. The person assured that the agreement will terminate at any time.
Accordingly I paid RS ****/ n sign the agreement. The company sent one Tablet n some books. For the next
** -** days the company assisted the student in learning some subjects. But thereafter when the toughi subject s of Physics. ChemistryMath n biology started the student found it too difficult to learn n no assistance was provided for the next * months though the instalments amount of Rs****.**was deducted by the company from my bank account.
Finding no other way out I have to arrange private tutor n coaching centre and Cuttack for continuation of the study of my daughter.I also made several requests to the company to terminate the mandate and stop debiting money from my bank account.
Cause I am not in a position to make payment in two fronts i.e payment to private coaching centre where the actual lesson is taught n the BYJuS which is only an ornamental learning app.
The company is not responding my requests n harping on payment of instalments for the learning app which is completely useless for the studenta. Rather the BYJU is trying to extract the amount from my bank account though no service of learning was provided by it.
Hence my claim is to cancel the mandate n take back the learning app, books etc which is of no use to the student.
