Samsung Service Center Jalgaon,
given mobile phone(A**s) on June *th **** for display repair for which I had been charged **** INR which is paid already and receipt is received with correct details. As I am staying in Bhusawal which is **KM away from Jalgaon, I called many times and the concerned person delays the delivery of the mobile saying we are waiting for the parts. I waited till **th of June **** and called Customer care with details of my bill (no **********) and I was shocked knowing it has totally different details than the one I have with me. When called back to JalgaoN service center I heard the same response saying we will let you know once it is repaired and there is a mistake in our server regarding the unmatched details. today is **th of June and I am still waiting for the mobile.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
