I placed an order on ** February **** from Offcomfrt (Instagram handle: @offcomfrt). The order number is **** and the payment of Rs. *,***.** was successfully made. The payment status shows “paid,” but the fulfillment status is still “unfulfilled.”
It has been several days and there has been no update regarding shipping or dispatch. I have tried contacting the brand multiple times through email but have not received any response. I also reached out to them via Instagram direct messages, but there has been no reply there either.
Additionally, the brand has hidden comments on their Instagram page, which prevents customers from publicly raising concerns or asking about their orders. This raises serious concerns about transparency and customer service practices.
