Magicbricks Realty Services Limited - No response from customer care

I have paid money to MagicBricks Rs. *,***.** on **.**.**** as a subscription fees to sell one of my property. When I recvd the quotation from them they mentioned that this subscription is only for property below Rs. * crore and my property was *.** crore I had a doubt and they said that that was old package now it's neutral so on trust basis I paid the money. The Sales Executive of MagicBricks Mr. Vivek Mishra assured all this and told me to pay the fees. As soon as I paid my account was suppose to get active in * days where it took * to ** days and in between I tried to contact Mr. Mishra my all calls were unanswered by him and after a week I called him from different number he answered and misbehaved with me same incident was narrated to companys customer care but they didn't support me as well and on that my property is not getting any responses and no help from them. I have also sent emails via complaint section of the company there is no progress. I request Voxya to please help me with this and get my money back.
