I ordered their trial lens and did payment of ** dor shipping charge.But after that I realised i ordered wrong lens ,so I did mail them to change my lens but their is no response from them.And my order is also in pending ,not even in process after * days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
