I am written a letter to bank over the unauthorized credit and debit transactions from my account, even after I have closed my account with bank.
I closed my account with bank on [** Dec ****], and I confirmed with the bank representative that my account was closed and all my outstanding debts and credits were settled. However, to my shock and surprise, I have recently noticed that there have been unauthorized credit and debit transactions from my account after the closure of my account. The total amount debited from my account is [***] and credited [*** as an interest].
So far i have given two letters to the bank no response from the bank side.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
