This mail is regarding my replacement product ticket number ****** . Am trying to call you and am not able to get you on call and am not getting any response for my mail.
How long will you take to ship my replacement product? This is not acceptable. You asked me if am okay to get
skull candy ink'd plus ,
instead of
skull candy method wireless.
I agreed to get
skull candy ink'd plus wireless.
I have sent you the consent details as well.
But still there's no response from your side. May I know what is going wrong ? It's been more than a month and still my replacement is on hold .
This is very disappointing. Let me share my address again please send me
skull candy ink'd plus active wireless
as soon as possible or send my faulty product. Am going to take an action on this if I don't get any response.
