Rehan Khan filed complaint against Videocon on Jul 4, 2018
Our refrigerator was not in working condition so we filed a complaint on **th june **** but their was no response from their side n the service boy attended on **th june **** and said that compressor has to be replaced and demanded huge service fee jus for a visit. Since we had the warranty period it had to be replaced by the company and he assured to book compressor immediately but they dint give us any date of replacement or further service. So far we have sent * to ** text messages to customer service but they dont respond to our calls. Again we booked complaint on **st june **** as said by the customer care of Videocon but so far no response has been given and they are not even receiving our calls now. We again filed complaint on **th june **** and again on *rd july **** but we are not getting any response from them.
