Diwali style dress - No response after sending different and cheap product

I have ordered from Diwali style dress but they sent completely different and cheap product, the sizes of the suits I ordered was *xl but they sent xl sizes. I placed return and refund request on their website, on the same day of receiving package now its been three weeks neither they are responding to my request on website, phone calls or emails nor they arrange return and refund
