nightwear sellers - No response after payment

I ordered two satin night suits from this Instagram page named “nightwear.sellers”. The seller Gulfaan Khan told me that there is no COD available. I made the payment via Google Pay and till he received the payment he answered. Post the payment, he stopped replying to my messages on Instagram, I tried to call the number given for Google Pay but again no response. Later, I checked that comments had been disabled for all his posts which goes to show that he has cheated many other customers like me.
