Football throw down - No response after payment

I ordered a football jersey from a store which is in nashik, they deliver the jerseys and sell them offline too. They were talking properly to me until the payment, after I payed them **** rs they just stopped replying to any message i send. I tried calling them to ask about the payment confirmation, after many attempts they replied that they recieved money and order placed, after that i asked them for the tracking link the next day, no reply. Again the next day i asked them for tracking link, again no reply. It went on for * days and i called them again, but after a few calls they just blocked me. I somehow found another number and tried calling and texting that number too, that person doesn't even bother to reply, he just declines the call. It's been * days now there's no sign of my jersey or the money from them. I'm worried bcz **** was also a huge amount as I'm a student and I saved that money for this particular jersey for which I got cheated. Please help me out.
