Nsial.co - No response after order's payment

website named as nsial.co was advertising for Sobroat ***.**$ after **% discount on both facebook and instagram and after payment they send me the msg and email with order no #**** but when I tried opening my order details the link don't opens and shows error and then website few days back was opening as itopgoods.com but now it is also showing error.The contact email given as thaovykilam@yahoo.com is also not replying. I am in a state of trauma as being a govt employee with limited money don't know what to do. Please help.
