Nirmiti Resorts & Clubs - No response after giving membership

I was at Goa on **/**/****, when it was happen. A person came to us a give us card to scratch , firstly we denied to do this but they repeatedly requesting for the shack of his job. We scratch the card which shows some awards to be provided but to received that awards we have to go a office nearby and attend a award function and company is providing car to travell their places.
After reaching their office which was located in a hotel they explained some holiday plans and schemes to become a member. We denied to many times but they creating such environment which makes us to indulge in their plan. We paid them *****/- through credit card which they told will be payable as EMI as per their tie up from bank but that was not happen. When I ask for the same they told you have to contact with bank they couldn't do anything.
Our plan was Alternate membership for * years and last year of use is ****.
They told us to send some membership card and other documents related to DAE to our address but we don't received anything. I tried to calling no. available but not find any response. Still we don't able to use their any of services nor getting any responses from them.
It wil be great help if we can get our money back Or extended contract period so that we can use their services if they provided.
