IFB - No respond on complaint for IFB Microwave Oven

My IFB Microwave Oven was not working so lodge a complaint on **st Dec ** vide Ticket No. **********. A technician visited on **nd Dec ** and gave an estimate of Rs ****/- as repairing cost. The machine is on AMC vide AMC/EW No. ******** from **/**/**** to **/**/****, when the AMC details was shown to the technician, he said that he will check and will confirm tomorrow, but he didn't turned back so far. Despite of numerous mail written on mail ID customerservice@ifbglobal.com and telephonic conversation made on premium customer care No. ***********, no action has been taken to resolve the issue
