Bugario Clothing - No responce on my refund

I placed an order for a Jelly Bra on ** May ****. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
At the time of placing the order, there was no tentative delivery date provided.
After multiple email exchanges and follow-ups, I finally received the product after ** days, on * June ****.
On the same day (* June), I immediately requested a return of the item.
On ** June, I received a message confirming that my returned package had been received at their warehouse.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails and tried contacting customer care several times, but I have received no response regarding my refund.
Hope through this platform, I will get my money back.
