RELIANCE JIO CO PVT LTD - NO RESOLUTION IN 10 DAYS ON CONNECTIVITY ISSUES

I have been facing connectivity issues since **th of august. I have raised a service ticket * times so far and your technical/engineer has never visited or even contacted me even once since **th of August. I have contacted Jio more than ** times in the last one week- both on chat and on call! I understand the pandemic situation and the least I expect is a ** hour resolution but not at the cost of a lying engineer.
It’s been more than *** hours!
This is terrible service and I sincerely hope to receive a resolution asap!
