La pinoz - No reply from la pinoz

So I ordered a personal slice pizza from la pinoz on *th June . It's delivered lately took **+ mins. It's issue no. One . Second is about quality the pizza was unevenly cooked and tasting raw while eating . So I contacted la pinoz for complaining .the number on app was given wrong . I called on that number *-* times but no reply . Same time I raised a concern regarding store.but no reply came from them . On the next day I started searching number online I contacted. The other store of la pinoz which is in vashi they gave a number that too was off . After so many stress I got a number i dialled and the store picked the call I said my issue they are saying you are late you should have contacted me yesterday at the time of the order delivered . That was the mistake of la pinoz and not of me that they kept a wrong number on app . Before the order delivered I too contacted it for asking why my order is taking so time that time also they were not picking the number on app . I sent * emails to la pinoz but got zero reply . Please help me out from this issue.i paid ₹***.* and as a consumer every rupees matters to me.
