Hi sir,

I bought a water purifier for my home on january **** for ****. and it was serviced by the same company , we paid **** rs again for it and it fell down and broke after * weeks.My mom is alone at home and now she needs to take drinking water from the neighboring house. We have informed them about the incident and asked for a replacement because it was their mistake to not install it properly. today i got a call from Mr.siraj (+** ***** *****) and he is asking for **** again for the replacement . The reason behind it was , we put a bad review in google for their company. I don't mind paying the amount but they can't treat us like this .
