I ordered one plus * pro mobile from konde product and service . They gave tracking id and delivery date. I got my order on that date . While I'm unboxing that pracel their have Samsung damaged mobile . And I share my unboxing video to that manager they told I will replacement with in ** to ** hrs .but I cnt get refund r replacement right now . They can't pick my call . That fellow number is ( **********).I have email evidence .
