Maidwale - No replacement given

Very very bad decision of choosing Maidwale their maids are trained to work till * months and then leave the job when the contract says * year clearly and the contract is a legal document after the maid leaves no replacement is given even when the contract is not done yet and they ask for next deposit saying we do not provide in the last months when nothing as such is mentioned in the contract. Strict action with police involved needs to be taken against Maidwale because it is not just a maid agency but they also do fraud things and sell girls from villages.
