I had ordered * footwears from Street Style Store before lockdown that is **th april. I received my order on May **th (so they delivered my product during lockdown) and within a span of a month as they claim so. Now they dont fit me right, so i had raised an issue of refund and exchange. They are not ready to refund my money back as they have stopped their refund and exchange for indefinite time and now they are asking me to wait for sometime. My concern is if they can deliver my order amidst lockdown, why cant they take their product back after lockdown and refund my money #****rupees. I am in financial difficulty and i need this amount. Every time i talk to their customer support they say 'mam we cant do anything u have to wait'. Last friday i received a call back from one of their supervisors after ranting alot for * hour on call and being stubborn, she assured me that my product w'd be picked up last friday but no updates after that. I called them today again and same agent named 'Simran Sharma' picked up the call, she happens to be the same person i spoke to last time. She had sent me 'n' number of emails after being asked to do so stating they will resolve my issue but nothing has changed. Please help me to resolve this issue. I have come here to make people aware how they are making money and give * service to their customer.
