I ordered * products in the month of June, **** there was no cash on delivery option in their site after I confirmed the order they didn't even bother send me any updates I keep on sending email for updates they keep on telling me to wait then on *st of July I cancelled the order and they told me to wait * days for the refund but its been more than **days and they are not even replying back or picking up the calls.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
