Cult fit - No refund transferred for cancellation

I registered for cult **th July **** in their bangalore center - in Haralur gym. I went there for a month and had to stop there after due to a spine injury. I was promised that if i am cancelling the subsequent in between due to health concerns or transfer to a location where there is no cult, a refund will be credited back to bank subject to the concern and balance months. I was rejected this refund and was asked to purchase something in cult for my balance money or given an option of member to member transfer with a fee of **** rps. This is highly unfair that i wanted my money back to the source account instead of purchasing something from their product. Why do I need to purchase when i am eligible for a refund of non used months? Twice i contacted cult and they rejected bluntly without understanding the situation stating their policy shows there will not be refund after cancellation. It is a huge loss for me considering i only used for a month and I have balance ** months left.

Disappointed with the support given, i transferred my cult subscription to a different location paying extra **** so that i can try going to the gym in the location where I transfer. Post this, i got to know there exist no gyms in the area and it is just group class with a plain floor. Not once I went to this group class due to the same reason. Now they are not ready to refund back my subscription and transfer fee to which I have not utilised their service after cancellation. I am raising this complaint to revert my money and cancel the subscription.
