My product was defected after using for just a month, I contacted the customer care which took a week for them to respond after which they took a period of ** days to pickup my product. It’s been ** days the product was picked up . I received no message /mail regarding the same and now they won’t reply to the mails, social media handle or anywhere!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
