Akanni Herbal Centre - No refund received on cancelled order from foreign company

I purchased Parkinson's disease medicine from https://www.akanniherbalcentre.com this site on **.**.**** and paid whole amt INR ***** but as patient died on **.**.**** i cancelled my order immediately i.e on *st april. But till today company has not refunded my money. Everytime company asking for some details and after providing it, company denied refund. I enquired many times. Now they are telling to open bank account in there region which obviously i am not going to do.
This company is selling herbal product and it has already mentioned ***% money back guarantee on its website but they have not yet returned my money even though I have not used there product.
Please help.
