Long Drive Self - No Refund received from Long Drive Cars Self driving car rental company

Hi Team Voxya,

My name is Zuber, I am writing this message to describe my concern for loss of my advance ***/- paid to Long Drive Cars at Madhapur division, Hyderabad, TS - ******.

Let me explain, I have book a self drive car (Nissan Magnite) from Long Drive Cars on **th June'** for dates *th & *th July'**. When my booking date arrived I reached out to the venue of Long Drive Cars at Madhapur and provide my booking details to get the Nissan Magnite (self drive rental car). After completing the formalities they have informed me that, the car which was supposed to be given to me is having some engine problem and they cannot provide me with the car. Then I requested them to provide another car with similar price and feature to which the staff at Madhapur division of Long Drive Cars ask me wait.

After waiting for *hours I then requested them to refund my amount, as it was evident; they cannot provide me with the car. Hereafter, I was given two contact numbers# ********** (Madhapur division Manager) and #********** (Refund team at Warangal) to inform them about the problem get a refund.

After multiple text and follow-up our call with these two contact I did not received my refund till now. It is almost **days I have been trying to get my refund and approached them directly at Madhapur Branch but I was not given attention.

Therefore, I kindly request you to please assist me in getting my refund and I will be thankful to you and will spread word of the assistance you provided to me in my circle.

Like me there are many customer we are deceived by Long Drive Cars, they take advance and do not deliver the Self Drive Car on the day of appointment the advance is kept by them.
