Chippy Vakkachan filed complaint against Yellacart on May 7, 2022
I had ordered trousers from yellacart.com on around **th April and they sent me a wrong product. I reached out to the customer support via whatsapp that was given on the website. They guy helped me with a replacement. Before placing the replacement order I confirmed with him whether or not I can return the replaced product if I don't like it, he said yes you can return so I proceeded with the replacement. The replacement product was delivered around **rd april and I didn't like the fit of the trousers so I messaged the guy asking for a return as there was no option on the website. But since then they haven't been replying to my msgs or calls. I am frustrated now and don't know who else to contact. Please help me get my money back.
