The Wedding Briyani - No refund provided for cancelled order

Hello team,

Today I placed an order with The Wedding Briyani but someone from the vendor outlet called me from this number +** **-******** and told that they’ve closed the online order for the day and can’t process my order, so they asked me to cancel it from my side as they can’t do it and they informed that I’ll be getting refund for the amount I paid but after cancelling when I checked with one of your executive YASHWANT, and I tried explaining him about the situation I got into and let him know that the vendor called me from the Swiggy number and asked to cancel the order so I thought that was call I got directly from Swiggy, so no hassle I cancelled the order.
But the executive was never trying to help me or understand the situation and simply told me that the amount can’t be refunded, so I asked him to either proceed with my order and deliver food I ordered or refund the amount deducted and he was just buying some time and then told this is the best you guys could do and the fault is on me. For once think that it’s my hard earned money which you guys have held back for no reason. And for asking for a refund all I got was a rude customer service.
ONE OF THE MOST BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH SWIGGY!!!
