i was booking ticket on tripzumi and after the payment i found that no ticket was booked but the amount has been debited
so i contacted tripzumi customer care and they assured me refund but even after more than ** days i didnt got my money and now they are saying the payment has been processed which is a complete lie there is no such credit in my bank account and this flight ticket booking site has caused me enough trouble
i am attaching my mini statement where it is clear there is no such credit of ₹****
