We booked gold packages for ** days hotel's and traveling with Himalayan Holidayers however we checked in at ** March and checked out on ** march due to medical issues
We supposed to stay till **march but some medical issues we couldn't completed our trip and travel on that days we are looking for full refund as there's medical emergency as my wife not felling well. Kindly help us as no one ready to help as we have genuine issue. We have already submitted medical certificate to them and they are denied to give partial refund as per their policy .
