Orderme App Patanjali - No refund paid for cancelled order and short delivery

Dear Sir/madam

This is regarding order from ORDERME App.

It has been *.* months since I've cancelled the order number ****** but I haven't received the refund into my payment source ( Swadeshi Samridhi card)

Also order number ****** and ****** was short delivered, the refund of which also hasn't been received.

I have sent email to customercare@orderme.co.in twice already last month but didn't get any response/resolution. *st email was on **th May and next one on *nd June but of no use.

I've tweeted to Patanjali also but I got their standard copy paste message.

I advise everyone not to use their pathetic services. Almost ₹**** have been robbed by them. They have to pay back everything with **% of interest. Looks like I've challenge them to consumer court.
