Boozy Button - No refund or response

Ordered a few items from Boozy Button on **nd Nov ****. There were two items in the order which were not available, they asked me to choose a different item from their website which I did.
Today is the **th of Feb ****, I have not received anything yet. No response to my calls or messages. Once the sales manager spoke to me saying they will get back to me and they still have not told me anything regarding my order.
I have been patient enough and their customer service is absolutely disgusting. I have called them so many times and sent them so many messages. No reply whatsoever!
Another issue I had with them on the same order, I ordered the same two "kaftans" of different sizes and when the package was delivered they were two different colors. One of them was not what the
website showed which is misleading. I paid to get what was on the website.
I am from Melbourne. This is just not okay. Very very disappointing. Will never be ordering anything from there hereafter.
