Krazy kolours - No refund or replacement

I ordered suit fabric from krazy kolours website. They had mentioned that the item is easily returnable on one phone call.
I didnt like the colour & quality of item & thought to return it asap. I kept calling them for * days but they have not attended one single call. I finally emailed them & attached the photos of defective fabric. They finally responded & asked me not to worry & tailor will fix the defects. Basically, there is no way to return the item & they are not at all easily approchable.
