The Soneva Seasons Hotels and Resorts - No refund or bookings provided under Soneva Seasons Vacation Package membership

I purchased a holiday membership called the “Soneva Seasons Vacation Package (TSSVP)” from Manhattan Holidays Pvt. Ltd. (operating as “The Soneva Seasons Hotels and Resorts,” New Delhi) on ** June ****. I paid Rs. **,***/- towards a total package cost of Rs. *,**,***/- via UPI, and received an official receipt (No. ********) and a signed agreement promising * nights/* days of accommodation annually for * years at *-* star properties.
Since signing up, the company has failed to respond properly to my requests and has not provided the promised booking services. I have made multiple attempts to reach their customer service/reservations team without any real resolution.
I am requesting Voxya’s help to:
• Get a full refund of the Rs. **,***/- already paid.
• Formally cancel the membership agreement so I am not held liable for the remaining Rs. **,***/-.
I have the signed agreement, onboarding form, and payment receipt available as supporting documents.
